Coincidentally, I was making this piece on March 11, 2011, when Fukushima was hit by the earthquake and tsunami. I remember that shortly afterwards, when I got into my car, I heard the announcer called out from the radio “Tsunami is coming! Please stay away from the coast!” and I was wondering intensely “What is going on? where?”
