★ April 30 & May 1, 2022 — 4th Exhibition: “Japan’s War Questioned from Asia”
After delays and scaled-down versions due to COVID-19, the exhibition was finally held in full scale, with participation from 30 groups.
At the venue, MASA’s jazz group performed “Don’t Kill” with a backdrop of Ha Jung-Oh’s artwork titled Milky Way, composed of three 2×6-size panels.
During this musical performance, a live calligraphy session was held, featuring a giant banner with the powerful message: “Don’t Kill.”
Afterwards, attendees and participants of the exhibition were invited to add their own messages around the artwork, including:
No to war!
Don’t kill children for the ego of nations!
U.S. and NATO, stop sending weapons!
Don’t profit from war!
Run, escape, flee!
Life is precious!
Ceasefire now!!
